Just over a week away from Camporee! Hope to see many of you this Sabbath in San Antonio as well.
1. Attached is an information packet about camporee. Please read the complete packet, as it has important information about the Camporee. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do to clarify or acquire further information. We have also updated the Camporee page on the CTX website.
2. If you are attending the Texas Camporee, please take the time to fill out the brief form on the CTX website (http://centraltexaspathfinders.weebly.com/camporee-staff-volunteer-registration.html) to let us know what time your club is arriving, and to register your club’s adult/staff volunteer(s) to assist with staffing the activities on Friday. We really need every club to help out with this.
3. AdventSource will be at the Texas Pathfinder Camporee. If you need any Investiture Achievement supplies, please let me know by THIS THURSDAY night, as we need to let them know what to pack to bring Friday morning. You will then be able to purchase the items at Camporee from AdventSource, without having to pay shipping.
