The Southwestern Union Club Ministries (Pathfinders, Adventurer Leaders, Master Guides) have been asked by the General Conference to pick up the offering at Sabbath School and Church time on the two Sabbaths of General Conference at the San Antonio Alamodome. Those dates are July 4 and 11. We need to know how many Pathfinders, Adventurer Leaders, Master Guides are willing to come to San Antonio on those dates to help us with this task. The following link http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51095094299969 is a signup link for each person to fill out and submit. All you need to do is touch on the link and it will automatically take you to the sign up form. You can also copy and paste this link into your browser. Please go through and answer the questions then touch submit and you are done.
We anticipate we will need between 500 and 700 persons helping us because of the size of the Alamodome and so many different Levels. Because of the task, we ask that Adventurer Leaders participate but not the Adventurers themselves.
