The General Conference session is rapidly approaching, as we need a LOT more Pathfinders to assist with the offering collection. If you have already signed up, don’t worry that there is not an email with instructions yet - they will be coming.
However, given that we need many more to assist, I need a response from ALL CTX Pathfinder Club directors, with information as soon as possible.
1. How many (Pathfinders and Staff) from your club will be available for offering collection at GC (if you haven’t already signed them up, don’t worry, just let me know how many, which club, who is director).
2. Which day/days is your group helping with (July 4, July 11, Both)
Once again, if at all possible, we need participation from all the CTX clubs. This is a great opportunity to see the General Conference in session, to fellowship with so many Adventists from around the world - and all right in our backyard.
Once again, I need answers quickly. If you have questions, please email, don't phone (I am currently in Korea, and 4AM calls are a bit jarring).
