Allow me to apologize for tardiness, there is little excuse, as you all need to have up-to-date information to plan. So without excuse, below are the updated dates for events (through October 2017) for CTX. If it says location TBD, we are still arranging a location (if you have ideas or can host, let us know).
Also below is information to register your PBE teams. It is a bit different this year, so be sure to read the instructions.

January 7 - CTX PBE Practice - 3-6PM, Austin South SDA
February 4 - CTX PBE - Scenic Hills
February 18 - CTX Pinewood Derby - Location TBD
March 4 - Texas Conference PBE - Scenic Hills SDA
March 19 - CTX Honor Fair - Location TBD
March 25 - Southwestern Union PBE - SWAU
April 13-16 - Texas Conference Camporee - Lake Whitney Ranch
April 21-22 - Division PBE - Grand Rapids, MI
July 22-23 - CTX Empower Training - Location TBD
October 6-8 - CTX Camporee - Location TBD

You will notice at the bottom of the form, right before the submit button:
1. dues must be paid to the conference and area before they can register, make sure you follow up with your area directors to do this
2. each team must submit a separate form to register
3. everyone planning to participate in the area level must register, walk ins will not be accepted
