Hello all,
I apologize for the brief lapse in communications, but my work schedule has had me in several time zones recently, and it was hard to keep up.
We currently have only 1/3 of the CTX clubs registered with the area (see below). Please register soon,as it is very difficult for us to plan activities and events for you if we do not know you exist. Further, for the Camporee in the spring, we need an estimated number of participants to find appropriate site (there is a big difference in reserving a space for 300 or 600).
Please get all registration finalized before the end of October, and if possible within the next week.
Also, we are still looking for a few people to be on the Camporee committee. This doesn't need to be directors (they are plenty busy), but people willing to assist in aspects of logistics, location, activities, security, etc. The more we have on the committees, the less each individual must do, and the more people we have trained to be able to shape events going forward.
