Dear Pathfinder directors,
To those of you who are new this year we would like to give you a special welcome. This is a great ministry and we pray that God will lead you as you work with your young people.
To all directors and staff we will be praying for you that God richly bless you and your clubs as you work for Him to bring your young people to Christ. This coming year promises to be a great year.
We have some general information for all of you.
First we have a new website

This is a temporary URL until the conference switches to the new content. But we did not want to delay it any longer as it has great information. Please check it out. If you see any errors or missing content you would like added, please let us know. This is your site for information, registrations and update.
Second Leadership training is going on right now. We just finish training in CTX and it was great. It was well attended and I think the teachers did a fantastic job. The date for the other areas are
July 30-31 in DET
August 6 in VCB
August 27-28 HBA
September 3 KFW
Each of these areas is teaching the Basic track, the TLT track, the TLT Mentor track and a specially track.
CTX taught the Instructor track
DET is teaching the Councilor track
VCB is teaching the Director track
HBA is teaching the Director track
KFW is teaching the Leadership track
Remember you and/or your staff can attend any of these classes.
IMPORTANT - ALL TLTs must attend the whole training and be registered with the conference!!! Their attendance y participation in the whole training is their registration.

Remember we the Texas Conference Directors are here to help you in every way that we can. We will be praying for your clubs and young people that this is the year they give their hearts to Him.

Para los que son nuevos este año queremos darles y bienvenida especial. Este es un gran ministerio y oramos por la dirección de Dios sobre cada uno de ustedes al trabajar por nuestros jóvenes.
Para todos los directores y sus asistentes estaremos orando por cada uno de ustedes para que Dios los bendiga abundantemente junto con sus clubes al trabajar junto a El para para atraer jóvenes a Cristo. Este año entrante promete ser un año espectacular.

Segundo, los entrenamientos de liderazgo ya se están llevando a cabo. Acabamos de terminar el entrenamiento en Central Texas y Dallas East Texas y ambos fueron de gran beneficio. Las fechas para las siguiente tres áreas son:

Agosto 27-28 HBA
Septiembre 3 KFW
Cada una de estas tres áreas esta ensenando el Plan Básico, TLT, Mentor, y uno especial.

Recuerde que tanto usted como sus asistentes pueden asistir cualquiera de clases.
