Just reminder that that registration for the Camporee closes March 12. Registration is $20 per person, checks should be made out to Scenic Hills Adventist Church, with CTX Camporee in the note section. Send check to Scenic Hills SDA Church, 11223 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, TX 78250. If you have staff who are bringing children under Pathfinder age, there is a $5 fee for each kid.

If your club is NOT attending, please send an email soon so we know.
A few more important pieces of information:
**Please bring enough water for your club. We have toilets, but no water station.
**Club fires will not be allowed.
**If your club is bringing a portable shower, you may set it up, but remember you will need to supply your own water, and you will need to ensure that you have dug a proper place for drainage and leave your space looking the same when you leave - no holes should be left in the ground.
**Please have a first aid kit in your club area, clearly marked and easily accessible. You will not need an emergency food/shelter kit.
**We will allow limited visits Sabbath for church, but you must let us know who is coming this week so we can arrange a list for security. Safety is a priority, and that means being aware of who is on site.
**In regards to events, there is no preparation necessary - activities are based on basic Pathfinder skills.
**We may have a special session on Sunday for those interested in learning more about the Central Texas drum corps.
**Remember, this is a quiet camporee - no generators please.
**Don’t forget the supplies to make the emergency care packets for ACS.
