Hello all,
We are just days away from the Pathfinder Bible Experience. Just a few final things to go over before this Sabbath.
LUNCH: There will be a free lunch served for the participants in the Bible Experience (the teams and coaches). There may be some food left over for observers, but we cannot guarantee there will be enough for all observers. There is no fee for lunch, but we will be collecting a special offering to help defray the cost, as many clubs have yet to pay their club registration fee with the Central Texas Area, and thus we are short on funds to provide services at area events. Please remember that the Area club registration fee is used to service the clubs and activities in Central Texas.
PBE PINS: If you haven’t contacted Pastor Manuel yet, you will need to wait until after the PBE to order your pins. We are not selling pins this Sabbath (of course), but you may order pins through Pastor Manuel next week. Your Area Coordinators are the only way you will be able to get these pons, which mark the participation of your Pathfinders.
DIRECTORS' MEETING: We will have a special table for Pathfinder Club Directors during lunch for a meeting with the Area Coordinators, the Directors, and the Texas Conference Associate Pathfinder Director for the TLT program. Please be sure to attend this information and discussion session.
REGISTRATION: There are many registrations, and I know it can get confusing. But please double check to ensure you are fully registered so your team is able to participate in the Pathfinder Bible Experience.
1. Texas Conference Pathfinder Club Registration (via UltraCamp from the Texas Conference. Includes an online registration fee. This ensures your club is certified as an official Texas Pathfinder Club, recognized by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and provided with additional insurance for incidents and accidents, as well as access to the services provided to Pathfinder Clubs in Texas)

2. Central Texas Area Pathfinder Club Registration (via the CTX website, payment by check. This ensures that your club is properly represented and supplied with information and services. Most activities and services for Pathfinder Clubs come from the Area Coordinators, including PBE, Pinewood Derby, Honor Fairs, Backpacking and Camporees, Investiture participation, among others)

3. Pathfinder Bible Experience Registration (via UltraCamp, through the Texas Conference. This ensures your team is officially part of the PBE program, and without registration here, your team will not be able to move through the various levels of PBE)
https://www.ultracamp.com/Info/sessionDetail.aspx?idCamp=368&idSession=83256&campCode=tsd
4. Central Texas Area PBE Registration (This is via the CTX Pathfinder website, and lists each member of the team. This allows us to ensure proper spelling of team members, as well as to prepare the location, the materials, the exchanges of coaches, lunch, and the certificates)

Please double check and ensure your club is registered at each of these levels.
