The Central Texas Pathfinders recently held a practice session for the Pathfinder Bible Experience. The Pathfinder Bible Experience (PBE) is the Official North American Division Pathfinder Bible study program. Each year, a different book or books of the Bible are chosen for study, and in February the participating Pathfinders are provided an opportunity to showcase their knowledge of the Bible. This year we are studying Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, and 1 & 2 Timothy. We are looking forward to the Area program on February 4 in San Antonio. Teams that move up to the Division level will have an opportunity to participate later this year in Chicago, Illinois.

The Pathfinder Clubs of Central Texas have been busy so far this Pathfinder year. From community service and outreach programs to participation in local parades, camping, skills and honor work, the Pathfinders are always active. Later this spring we will be participating in the Texas Conference Pathfinder Camporee, with each area representing one of the Biblical cities of Paul’s journeys. We are looking forward to seeing you there.

Pathfinders is a faith-based co-educational youth leadership and development program, boasting some 2 million members worldwide. The Pathfinder program provides a safe and nurturing environment where youth are able to develop and strengthen their spiritual, mental, physical and emotional skills, to participate in service to the community and to God, and to spend time in nature overcoming challenges and appreciating creation. The Central Texas Area comprises some 30 Pathfinder clubs, stretching from Laredo in the south to Waco in the north. The Area staff coordinate region-wide training and activities, and support the local club staff and members.
