Hello Central Texas Pathfinders!

The 2018-19 Pathfinder Year is rapidly approaching. We hope you have had some time this summer to recharge, reorganize, and recommit to he Pathfinder program.

There may be a few changes this year (please visit the Documents and Forms page for the new child safety training and background check procedure for all staff. Please renew the training for all staff and volunteers this year using this new program).

The 2017-18 Pathfinder Club Registration Page is now active, and we will have standard registration for clubs through October 31. We are also looking for additional support at the Area level, for individual activities or events, logistics and communications, skill training and other aspects, so if you know someone who may be a good fit, please nominate them.

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please feel free to contact your Area staff. We are looking forward to another wonderful Pathfinder year, and we applaud all the staff, volunteers, and Pathfinders for your enthusiasm, commitment and positive attitudes as we work together this year!

Hello CTX directors!  After a long and blessed weekend, I hope everyone is well rested.  First of all, I'd like to thank God for an awesome and wonderful weekend.  Thanks to everyone who took the time and put the effort in making this weekend so splendid.  Hope all your kids had a good and blessed weekend during camp.  I know all the coordinators enjoyed serving and were blessed watching you guys work with the young people.

Highlights of the camporee:
1.    Very thrilled with all the young PFs that gave their lives to Christ!  Our area had several individuals that were part of this group and we are just blessed with their decision.
2.    With over 3,300 pathfinders in attendance, I believe CTX really came through in our arrival setups and departures.  Thanks to our PFs for stepping up to the challenge.
3.    Thanks to the Durango MGs that built the Ephesus city for our area.  Heard a lot of positive remarks in regards to our areas city!
4.    Congratulations to the Killeen Cavaliers and the San Marcos club for their first place ribbons.  Job well done!
5.    We encourage everyone to keep the Joy in the Storm!

On behalf of the coordinators, Blessings and Thanks!!
