Pathfinder Bible Experience Practice - Reminder

Hello All,

Just a reminder that this weekend is the Pathfinder Bible Experience practice sessions for Central Texas. If you havent registered, please do so tonight, so we are able to prepare the materials. (Registration is on the CTX website in the Directors Corner - PBE Practice). Remember, the time for practice is when the PRACTICE begins, so you need to arrive at least 30 minutes earlier for registration and inspection, or there may not be time to seat your team.

Currently, we have the following clubs who have signed up for the PRACTICE sessions:

*** 7:00PM on Friday, January 16 at the Durango church in San Antonio (2321 W Cesar E. Chaves Blvd / W Durango Blvd, San Antonio TX 78207)

*** 3:00PM on Sabbath, January 17 at the Austin South church (132 Eberhart Lane, Austin, TX 78745)

Please note that to participate in the Pathfinder Bible Experience, your club MUST be registered as a Pathfinder Club for 2014-2015 with the Texas Conference AND the Central Texas Area. If your club is not registered with both or one of these administrative units, please do so as soon as possible, but definitely before February 7.

Below are the lists of clubs that HAVE registered as Pathfinder Clubs for 2014-2015. If your club is not on BOTH lists, please contact me as soon as possible so we can be sure to get you properly registered. Remember, you will also not be able to participate in the upcoming Texas Conference Camporee or other area and conference vents if you are not a registered club.
