Camporee Question - Response Needed Soon

To all,
As many of you are aware, we will be having the Southwestern Union Pathfinder Camporee in October, 2016.  We as the Texas Conference have traditionally not had a Conference Camporee the same year as the Union Camporee due to cost and logistics.
This leads to a question we need to decide on as soon as possible.  

With the Union Camporee in October, 2016, 
Would it be better to eliminate the Conference Pathfinder Camporee in the Spring of 2016 (A different Pathfinder Year from the Union Camporee) and the Areas would have their own Camporee at that time?
Or
Have the Spring 2016 Conference Camporee but eliminate the Spring 2017 Conference Camporee (In the same Pathfinder Year) and the Areas would have their own Camporee at that time?

For clarification, these are the options:

Spring 2016 Yes Texas Camporee, October 2016 Union Camporee, Spring 2017 NO Texas Camporee

OR

Spring 2016 NO Texas Camporee, October 2016 Union Camporee, Spring 2017 Yes Texas Camporee

Let me know which option you prefer, so we can provide information for clubs already building their forward schedules.
